- Operated and monitored feeders and transformers through SCADA, and carried out line and feeder troubleshooting and basic fault analysis.
- Maintained operation logs and statutory records in line with substation procedures.
- Supported the work permit process by helping to issue, control and cancel permits for safe working on live equipment.

- Contributed to live electrical design and MEP projects, supporting design development under the guidance of senior engineers.
